Because on one hand, many of the routes start right from the house and the famous Salzburg hiking region of the Hochkönig will inspire fun hikers, families and ambitious alpinists equally. Whether interesting themed hikes such as the herb trail, charming mountain meadow hikes or mountain tours on the peaks of the Torscharte (2.2.94 m), or ... - hikers will love this fascinating mountain world. 
The 74 km long hiking trail, the “Königsweg” is a special challenge.

If you like, you can take the summer lifts to the top easily and comfortably to visit the most beautiful viewpoints and mountain stations. Many of the lifts are free with the included Hochkönig Card.
